However, blogging is not the path to quick money online. Despite what many bloggers and peddlers of courses may suggest, blogging is very hard work and it takes a sizable audience to make even a modest return.

It depends on where you live. Many public places will require you to have a permit for sales. However, in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood as a kid, it would likely be fine. If you plan on selling street-crafts for a living, find out what the local regulations are and look into the costs of a stall, half shipping container or other form of suitable "pop-up shop" because you will be out there in all sorts of weather and you'll need to protect the crafts.

Another suggestion for passive income is refinancing your mortgage. I’ve used payday loan stores before, and so I know one does what one has to do — but I’m cringing at the idea of suggesting anyone take out a payday loan. Honestly, based on my own experiences and interviews I’ve done with people who have used them, I feel like whatever problems you have, you’re probably better off letting them happening and avoiding this path. Taking out a payday loan is a little like accepting a parachute with a hole in it. You may land safely… but do you really want to take that risk?

Use the law of supply and demand to your advantage. Most of us are familiar with the law of supply and demand--the more there is of something, the cheaper it is; conversely, the rarer the product or service, the more expensive it is. However, other than when we get to a toy store before sunrise to get on line for the latest fad toy that kids can't get enough of, we don't really apply the law of supply and demand to our own lives--particularly our careers. For example, if you're aspiring to do something that many, many other people want to do (so much so that they do it for free, as a hobby) then it will be far more challenging for you to make money doing it. On the other hand, if you do something that most people don't want to do, or if you get very good at doing something most people don't do all that well, then you can make a whole lot more money. In other words, choose a career in pharmacy over photography.

About the list, this is extremely helpful. I know some coaches who are already earning a lot of money and would choose to get paid for the information that they know but you, you choose to share it to everybody else free of charge. Be a proud brethren of Christ because this is his very attitude. I say this is an act of love. May it be returned to you and your family a million fold.

Keep your costs down. In order to turn a profit on what you're selling, choose to sell an item that's inexpensive to make. Lemonade is a classic because all of its ingredients (water, sugar, lemons or lemon juice concentrate, and ice) are fairly cheap and easy to obtain. Popsicles are another favorite because they can be bought in large quantities from the store!

Don't forget the advice of Louis Pasteur, a French chemist who made several incredible breakthroughs in the causes and prevention of disease: "Luck favors the prepared mind."
